2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to provide AI image, video, and avatar generation services, operate and improve the App, manage subscriptions and usage limits, provide customer support, and ensure security and reliability.
3. AI Processing & Automated Systems
Uploaded content is processed by automated AI systems strictly for service delivery. We do not use user content for unrelated advertising or resale.
4. Face & Voice Data (Explicit Consent)
By uploading facial images or voice recordings, you explicitly consent to their processing solely for AI avatar creation within the App. This data is stored securely, accessible only to your account, and may be deleted upon request.
5. Data Storage & Security
We use secure cloud infrastructure and industry-standard safeguards to protect personal data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the App, such as cloud hosting and payment processing services.
7. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service or comply with legal or regulatory obligations. Users may request deletion of their data at any time.
